Here's an aromatherapy recipe for a foot soak that will help you get rid of your headache.
Foot Soak To Relieve Headaches
To the carrier of your choice, add the following:
First, add the Essential Oils to the carrier. Then add that mixture to the water in a foot basin or low-filled bathtub. Sit and soak for at least 15 minutes.

Foot bath are very good for conditions of the head such as headache, migraine, colds and facial neuralgia. They are especially good for fatigue and congestive disorders. When taking a foot bath care should be taken to keep warm. These bath should be used morning and evening, for not more than ten minutes, and should cover the ankles.
