I really like David Fisher‘s unique line of foot products, and I trust his years of expertise when it comes to running shoes, orthopedic support shoes and arch supports.
I’m not alone.
One of the things I like best about his website is his “Information Section” which is filled with step-by-step How To’s for learning more about your feet, along with tips for making sure you choose the right products for your specific foot type.
Here is David’s advice regarding how to determine your foot’s natural arch height:
This is important to know before you purchase arch supports or orthotics.
It’s also interesting if you simply want to know if you have flat feet, or a high arch — compared to most other people.
Who knew that I'd be writing about feet for a living?!… Or even that a website devoted solely to feet, shoes, and foot care issues would be successful? But as it turns out, many people have questions and concerns about their feet — and we do our best to provide the most helpful answers here. Myself and a handful of others who happen to have some rather unique foot issues share our firsthand experiences with everything from ingrown toenails, bunions, calluses and rough feet to trendy shoes and helpful foot modeling tips. When I'm not writing about all things below the ankle, you will find me at the corner of Good News & Fun Times as publisher of The Fun Times Guide (32 fun & helpful websites).
